This was the first time I purchased a fully assembled dresser from wayfair. That was one of the deciding factors in making this purchase. The item arrived very well packaged and it is gorgeous, just what I was looking for. Upon inspection I found the first drawer jamming and unable to pull out fully unless I wiggled it up and out. I called Wayfair to inquire if the drawers were removeable as it wasnt apparent how to do so. They advised to call the manufacturer directly and provide the number. With Meridian I had to send a video of the issue and the sent back a video on how to remove the drawers. That was helpful and I was able to remove the drawer and fix the bracket. However, I then noticed the rubber stopper at the end of the bracket was missing on one side preventing the drawer from closing fully on one side. I emailed Meridian again with pictures and they advised to request the missing piece through Wayfair since it was within the 30 day warranty period. However, the Wayfair rep advised to contact the manufacturer directly as no part s are listed since this is an assembled piece. The helpful representative also gave me a 25 refund. Overall, this dresser is solid and looks amazing. Even with the hassle of the bracket and missing rubber piece, I would still definitely recommend it.. Aamna. Amherst, NY. Thu Feb 13 2025
