This is an absolutely great sectional. It was so easy to assemble. The instructions were easy to follow and I did it alone and took less than an hour. Really nice modular couch! This is exactly what I was looking for. The cushion in the back pillows is very thin, like in the first picture. After I received the last ottoman I used some old filling from my old couch to put in these pillows and it’s much better (shown in the rest of the photos). The fabric is really soft and comfortable and my pets love it. It does have the flippable table ottoman which is a really nice extra, but the table is pretty heavy and is held on by Velcro so you have to hold it together when flipping it over which isn’t the best but it’s definitely better than nothing! There also really isn’t much room beneath it for blankets or games etc. so I won’t be using it for storage. The Ottoman by 14 Karat Home Inc. Is a very nice well made sturdy ottoman. We couldnt find any manual but it was simple enough to screw in the 8 screws for the feet of the ottoman but there are 2 metal bracket and there are 2 slots in the bottom platform of the ottoman but we cant figure out how it is supposed to be installed. The pillow tops were vacuumed pack and have weight to them very well made and nice material. Our dog loves it! There are velcro on the bottom of the top pillow and the middle section. It’s such a beautiful and comfortable couch! Putting it together was quick and easy, and the installation didn’t take long at all. I did wash the covers right away because they had a slight plastic smell, but they were easy to remove and put back on. So… I ordered this ottoman because I saw it at a distant friend’s house. She told me which product number on Wayfair it was. It’s a great looking ottoman. The quality is top notch. Unfortunately FedEx delivered it with the box completely falling apart and dragged it on the pavement concrete and it got dirty. So I was going to just scrub it clean but upon opening it is completely dented in and the red ribbon that they pack with it has totally run all over it. Buying a sectional sight unseen using only a fabric swatch and the one or two images available in the listing was stressful. I'm happy I purchased this sectional. I replaced a worn-out entry-level sectional that fit my space perfectly. The challenge was to find a left-hand facing sectional that was very similar in size. This sectional is almost an exact match. It's within an inch in any dimension the same as my old sectional. I got the Sunbrella fabric in Spectrum Indigo. I'm impressed with the build quality of the sectional. Time will tell how well it holds up to everyday wear and tear. (I have two cats) The cushions are on the firm side and the seat is a bit higher than what I was used to but I find it to be very comfortable and wonderful to sleep on.
