This is a decent mirror but wont work for me. I'm not sure what the outer "paintable" material is but it is not what I was expecting. If you have a door way that is even slightly off from the standard measurement, you can't shave it down because of that material. It's plastic like and as you can see from the pictures smudges very easily. Since you have to add hardware, I'm not sure how that would go once cutting into that material. Nice clear mirror though.. The unit itself is nice. A couple of issues is that the description is incorrect. The company confirmed that this unit is NOT 700 CFM but 400. After multiple attempts and communications between Wayfair and the company we decided to keep the unit. So far is working great. Keep in mind that this is not a fingerprint free stainless steel so during the installation it might be a good idea to wear gloves.
