We’ve had our recliners (and coordinating couch) for a couple weeks now and we couldn’t be happier. It came at just the right time too! I did a lot of research when I was looking to replace our 18 year old electric recliner. I am beyond happy with this recliner I decided to purchase! I got it in 2 days in 3 manageable boxes via Fed Ex! My husband was able to easily assemble it in less than 30 minutes! The color (beige) and the material (faux leather that is soft and better than leather) is beautiful! It truly brightens up our family room next to a dark brown couch! I was so excited to try it! First off, it is extremely comfortable! They even gave you a wonderful lumbar pillow but I didn't need it! It's a nice accent when you're not in the chair! :) The massage features are outstanding! You have 4 positions and 3 modes with 3 speeds! It is not very loud- which is what I was concerned about with our 16 year old miniature poodle! She didn't even hear it! You can set a timer for it which is fabulous! Second, the heating feature in the lumbar area is excellent! Third, the cup holders are great as I can now have my drink on my chair instead of on the floor! Fourth, the USB outlets on the side of the chair are a fantastic addition to this extraordinary chair! Lastly, there are 2 pockets in the front of the chair and 2 on the sides of the chair! Perfect for your phone, glasses, a book... They truly thought of everything when they made this chair!!! Nice looking brown chair with rose gold color metal on it. Easy to connect blue tooth. No assembly. well packaged. There are things that should be in the instruction booklet that aren't. The auto massage programs always default to medium. We are senior adults and found this to be too strong. Learning how to get it turned down to low and widen the SI track took some discovery. After a few days of working with it my husband and I both enjoy it. For me the biggest miss is the lack of backlight on the control tablet. There is no USB charging port mentioned in the operation manual and we cannot find one on the chair. The sweet dreams setting actually rocks back and forth. Very enjoyable. The heat is soothing. The booklet states clearance is 3.2 inches. We found it was more like 5 or 6. This chair provides many options for adjustments that can be made for personalization. There is no USB charging port mentioned in the operation manual and we cannot find one on the chair. The sweet dreams setting actually rocks back and forth. Very enjoyable. The heat is soothing. The booklet states clearance is 3.2 inches. We found it was more like 5 or 6. This chair provides many options for adjustments that can be made for personalization. The rolling stand was very well made and a little difficult to assemble as the tolerances for screws was tight and the metal grid work was too strong to bend, so could loosen up the screw holes a bit.
