My four-year-old granddaughter absolutely adores this house. It’s taller than she is, and all her dolls have plenty of room to play. There’s even an elevator! The little cabinets open up, and there’s lots of cute furniture. The fireplace and fire pit make the crackling sound of a real fire, and the spa tub makes a running water sound when you press the button. It comes on wheels and can be closed when not in use. We purchased for our granddaughter with the flexibility of being able to move it around her roomhome in mind. It is very nicely planned out and all of the little accessories that come are so well done. We have had one minor issue with a damaged part but wayfair was amazing at dealing with it, we cancelled the replacement offer as we can just glue the part. Our biggest request is that the description is changed as it does not fit 11” “Barbie” or 12” “Ken” sized dolls. It’s a pretty nice dollhouse, I loved the price the most. They are pretty expensive nowadays and I really wanted to get my daughter her very first one so this was great. It was however kind of hard to put together. I don’t mind having to bust out the screwdriver but some of these pieces just didn’t match up and some pieces didn’t have the predrilled holes done all the way so that was a little frustrating.
