Overall, the construction, width of the shovel, and wheels work well as long as the snow is soft. The assembly experience was not good for me. I will only recommend this if it is on sale. Now, they are making me PAY for the return after I told them that I do not have the technical ability to send them a video as I am a senior citizen. What???
