I’ve been extremely impressed with this bidet toilet. It worked perfectly right out of the box, and every feature functions exactly as advertised. The heated seat is comfortable, the water temperature and pressure are easy to adjust, and the front and rear wash settings both work very well. One of my favorite features is the built-in warm air dryer, which is surprisingly effective and makes the whole experience much more convenient. The automatic lid, deodorizer, night light, and remote control all add a nice premium touch that makes this feel much more expensive than it is. The only downside is the installation. It’s definitely more involved than installing a standard toilet, especially if you’ve never installed a bidet toilet before. Expect to spend some extra time reading the instructions and making sure everything is connected correctly. Once it’s installed, though, it has been completely worth the effort. Overall, this is an excellent value with a long list of premium features. It looks sleek, performs flawlessly, and has made a noticeable upgrade to our bathroom. The toilet arrived on time with no issues. It has a beautiful design. It does come with the wax ring, even though the information seems to indicate it doesn’t. We have been unable to complete installation as it is not compatible with the standard 12 in. Compression x 78. We are stuck at this point. I don’t know if we are doing something wrong because based on the reviews, installation should be easy. Update it is finally installed! And we absolutely love it. The seat is very comfortable. 4 stars because we had to hire a plumber to have it flush consistently but it works! The space toilet is good and the customer service was very helpful :) Would recommend professional installation. Edit: I also want to add that the toilet does make a lot of beeping sounds. It basically beeps before every action. There is no way to turn this off, mute or lower the volume. Since this is attached to the master bedroom it has woken me up at night. I've read this is a safety feature. I was given this suggestion from support: “However, if you find the beeping a bit loud at night, one simple solution is to put a felt circle over the buzzer. This is the first bidet I've ever used. It was pretty easy to install, toilets are never really fun. I usually have problems with toilets clogging on me, but I have yet to encounter that issue with this toilet. The only minor issues I've noticed are the following: After I use the wash function, then hit the air dryer button, it flushes the toilet, and while it's flushing and refilling the bowl, it can splash you while it's drying. I have been just patting dry with toilet paper instead of using the air dryer, as I don't feel like sitting there forever waiting to dry. I also wish you could adjust the auto lid function. We have a small bathroom, so it triggers a lot. I feel like this toilet was well worth the money, I think I paid around $600 for it.
