I'm really enjoying this so far. I've got it working with SmartThings which means it's working (okay) with Google Home. All five of my RF fans work with this device. I would say signal is sent to those devices correctly 95% of the time. I have found that if I accidentally misclick, it is better if I count to 10 before making the correct choice. Is it perfect? No. But it is extremely helpful. These are things I was ready for, but some other buyers might not be ready for. This is an RF controlling device. While it makes some devices a little easier to use it does not make those devices "smart". If you have someone who likes to use the remotes a lot, the app will show incorrect settings for those devices that have changed with the remote. This does not bug me, but for someone who is not ready for that, make sure you understand what this device is first. I highly recommend Bond. This is an affordable way to use what you already have. Less devices in the landfill for replacements, and a pretty great way to control my devices from my phone. I’ll be upfront—this is one of those upgrades you don’t realize you needed until you have it, and then you never want to go back. The heated seat alone is the standout feature. Especially in colder months, it’s not just a “nice extra”—it completely changes the experience. It heats evenly, doesn’t get overly hot, and makes a noticeable difference in comfort. Function-wise, everything works as expected. The controls are straightforward, and the overall design feels modern and clean without being overly bulky. It fits well visually in a smaller bathroom, which was important for our space. That said, installation was not completely plug-and-play. We did have to replace the water supply valve due to size differences, so just be aware of that going in. If your current setup is tight or older, you may run into the same issue. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it did add an extra step and a bit of time. Space is also something to consider. In a tighter bathroom layout, clearance around the toilet and connections can be a little cramped. Once installed, it works great—but getting everything positioned took a bit of patience. Overall, though, the performance outweighs the minor installation hassle. The heated seat alone makes it worth it, and the added functionality elevates something you use every day into a much more comfortable experience. This is great! The box was heavy but the packaging was sustainable, which is important to me. There was not a lot of waste. Note unless you are a plumber, get help to install. You want to be sure that the water works correctly because there is a small and big flush option. My plumber took about 90 minutes to install. The electrical work is easy, you just plug into an outlet. There is a battery (included) for if you ever lose power. Note that will only allow the toilet to flush. The heat, automatic flush and cleaning needs power. What I love is the automaticity of everything. The sensor recognizes when you walk in and the lid opens and the blue light comes on. The remote allows you to place it where convenient. It also allows you to choose your flush, heat seat level, and clean. There is a foot sensor so you can raise the seat, if needed. We were able to get it installed until we can get the part. The features of this toilet are great and you will not be disappointed! It is a great value and worth the effort.
