Very tight tolerances, to install, but absolutely stunning. We have taken one star off because the water pressure on the bidet is not as strong as we are used to, but it still does the job. Especially in colder months, it’s not just a “nice extra”—it completely changes the experience. It heats evenly, doesn’t get overly hot, and makes a noticeable difference in comfort. Function-wise, everything works as expected. The controls are straightforward, and the overall design feels modern and clean without being overly bulky. It fits well visually in a smaller bathroom, which was important for our space. That said, installation was not completely plug-and-play. We did have to replace the water supply valve due to size differences, so just be aware of that going in. If your current setup is tight or older, you may run into the same issue. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it did add an extra step and a bit of time. Space is also something to consider. In a tighter bathroom layout, clearance around the toilet and connections can be a little cramped. Once installed, it works great—but getting everything positioned took a bit of patience. I’m a huge fan of smart toilets! This toilet has a Small footprint which was perfect for our small bathroom. It was tricky to install due to the small space but it turned out great. I love the heated seat and wash the has but haven’t used all the great features yet. Instructions didn’t specify you have to remove the top part by snapping it off - lift the seat and where the middle notches are you can start lifting it. That’s how you add the nuts.
