We love this 48" long string of lights and how it brings warm light to any back patio or porch. The strand comes complete with 15 standard bulbs – they're evenly spaced with three feet between each socket. Have never used low voltage lights and have always used solar, however these are such a better upgrade. They work all the time and can be cut on or off which is nice. It is just the lights. You have to purchase a controller and wiring separately. Wasn’t too bad running the wiring in the rocks. We were going to use conduit but just buried the wiring well and nothing ever goes in the rocks. We loved this lighting so much we bought more and will be putting in our front yard as well. These are amazing quality lights. 48 feet is super long.
