Very tight tolerances, to install, but absolutely stunning. We have taken one star off because the water pressure on the bidet is not as strong as we are used to, but it still does the job. This product showed up very well, packaged in die cut foam in a heavy duty, cardboard box, which was shrunk wrapped as well. The faucet appears to be very well-made, and hopefully gives the plumber no trouble in a couple of months when they go to hook it up! Follow up after installation. This toilet has heated seat, heated water for the bidet and heated dryer. It is beautiful, and easy to clean. The night light is wonderful at night. These faucets are screaming of elegant. They are quality at it's finest. They have a smooth operational enhanced lever movement giving them a great sense of style. I not only advise you to buy one, I have bought 5 more myself, one for each bathroom sink. This is a revised review of the product after I finished my construction of my new house and the plumber was ready to install these beautiful faucets. All the hoses that were to be screwed into the faucets were too small and I had to send all 6 of them back. Also the drain that came was not for a vessel sink.
