I absolutely love this fountain. The only minor issue was the internal pipe for the power cable; it was a bit short, which limited the water level and made the pump sound a little loud. I easily swapped it out for a longer piece of standard PVC pipe, which allowed for a higher water level and a much quieter operation. Ive been looking for a water fountain for quite some time. I wanted something that would provide conversation privacy from my neighbors, drown out some freeway noise, yet still sound tranquil. What I love about this fountain is the shape, size and overall modern style. Its a heavy solid piece, and it sounds wonderful with just the perfect amount of water flow. Wayfair Delivery was quick and amazing, and my contractor put it together in less than a hour. Everything is built-in, so once you get it centered and level, you just add water and plug it in. Simple, easy concept design! Its more textured than I expected, and unfortunately there are minor nicks all around the exterior and along the rim. Because I ordered the black color, its probably more noticeable. Just something to note if ordering in black. Overall, Im so happy with my new water fountain!! Its adding so much to my peace!!. I love this Fountain however, about the plastic plug at the base of the bottom bowl tends to pop up and allow water to drain, my handyman was able to Jerry rig a system that holds the plug down so problem is solved but manufacturer should address. High quality materials, easy to assemble, and looks fantastic. There is a long time frame for production and shipping. I had to call Wayfair a few times to get updates on the shipping and was told they would email or call me to schedule the delivery. They sent me a message with a defined delivery date and time and I did not get to coordinate the delivery as I was told. Luckily, I was able to accommodate and be at home when it was delivered. This fountain provides a lot of water flowing sound for a fountain of this size-which is great! I wanted to be able to hear the water throughout my backyard.The basepool of this fountain is oval (not round) which is hard to tell from the pictures and description. I saw this and the positive ratings, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered and it arrived in a couple of days. During the ordering process, I cheaped out and decided I could install it by myself. Little did I know my front yard was mostly rock. I started a chat on the Wayfair site, first with AI then quickly escalated to a real person and I was VERY happy to find out that I could add assembly after it had arrived. That was scheduled for two days later. The day before I called the installation services to make sure they knew it included digging a hole. A very friendly and helpful associate, Esther, put me on hold a few times to pull up the actual instructions and size hole required. She then confirmed that she had made them aware of the required digging. They arrived on time today and an hour later I had a working fountain that I couldn't be happier with - both looks and sound. I really love the look of this new fountain ! Smaller than my last one & easy to clean but cleaning out the motor area is more difficult because the space is hard to reach into. I now suction out the water like people do for their aquariums, brush it then flood out the water a couple times then refill . My neighborhood birds love to bathe in it daily when it is on & I do clean it weekly & add algaecide every other day too. I chose the Aged Limestone color...it was very hard to decide without seeing in person because of the many choices. It goes nicely with my new Aged Bronze LED garden lights also. Eloise. Eloise.
