This mattress arrived packaged well. The intructions for unwrapping were easy to follow. This mattress was very heavy even in a skinny box. I suggest getting a second person to help lift it. I moved it upatairs on my own and it was quite a workout. I suggest unwrapping and unrolling it on the bed. It says to allow it to decompress for a couple of days. This mattress works ok. I think it leans more to a firmer side than medium firm. Though it works good, I think, having more memory foam on the top part would make it feel a little more comfortable and would definitely help with firmness. I appreciate the support on edges because it really is holding well with weight and I don’t just fall when seated on the edge but I still think there are other medium firm mattress around that feels more comfortable.. I really honestly like this mattress. It came in a really long box and was pretty heavy so I wasn’t sure how things would pan out. But it’s got such a good combination of springs and memory foam. Well the beds comfortable but the price was a little outrageous slightly to small but good quality just need to order a queen. Oh a side note the delivery was on time and took it in the house but they thought they could do the dukes of hazard and jump the ditch well it took 5hr for a tow truck big enough to get the truck out..
