I like the chair—so far, so good. It looks great and is lighter than I expected, which made setup easier. This chair sold by Wayfair received 4 out of 5 stars because of a few minor things. First, this chair is sold by other online retailers and clearly indicates that it has voice recognition and control.. The problem is that there is no setting on the remote to turn this feature off, so what will occur like other home A.I. devices it will hear what it believes to be the magic phrase and activate the chair when you were merely watching television. The reviews from the other site indicate that you can unplug the chair to resolve this issue while not in use. However, the power switch is a the back and very bottom of the chair which means that would be a royal pain. I have come up with my own solution that I am sharing because the features that come with the chair and price point are good value. There appear to be two microphones on the remote control one on the front and other on the back.. I used a piece of the soft material that normally comes with electronics to protect the screen and blue painter’s tape that doesn’t have a strong adhesive residue and cut a small circular piece for each microphone and taped over them with a small piece of the blue painter’s tape, thus muting the microphones’ ability to pick up random trigger words from the television and without damaging the remote control. The other solution is to get a smart plug or power strip that is compatible with Alexia or Apple HomeKit and plug your chair into the smart plug or power strip which would allow you to turn the chair on or off without having to move it to access the rear power button. I liked the fact that the chair came well packaged and did not need any major assembly just have to connect the white air hoses from chair to seat cushion for air system to operate correctly. Lastly, this chair will not replace your typical recliner as it relates to comfort and watching TV unless, as I did, you add a tall removable back/lumbar padded seat cushion and pillow because it is designed to be therapeutic and without the padding you will feel the massaging nodules along your back and bottom and soles of your feet if you are not actively receiving a massage. I hope this review was helpful so that anyone who has purchased or looking to purchase can be informed and have options.. BTW, Wayfair does have fast and timely shipping and delivery.. Vincent. The glass overhanging the counter is a great feature add too. Downsides: it was very frustrating to install this extremely heavy appliance just to set it up and see that they offered little spacers for the tiny gaps in the back--I didn't get to use them because I would've had to pull the range out again completely. I sticker saying "stop! Before install install spacers" would've been nice! Having a baking drawer like kitchenaid offers would be awesome instead of just a warming drawer on the bottom. And lastly. We have converted our garage into a “hang out” spot with a pool table and karaoke machine etc. We love hanging out in there. Unfortunately, it is not connected with our central heat/air system. We did have a smaller window a/c unit that was just ok, but this one is a game-changer! It has a/c AND heat! Year-round comfort! It’s powerful enough to cool our entire garage (and we live in the South-so it definitely has its work cut out for it). The heater doesn’t exactly heat the whole room when it’s super cold out, but it definitely takes the chill out of the air and warms it sufficiently to make it possible to use the room in winter. We love it! The remote is handy and the timer feature is awesome. It is well-made and the as easy to install. We had to order a sleeve to slide it into, but it was very simple. Amazing toilet wow I am so impressed with how well it functions. The remote is amazing and if you’ve never had a bidet toilet, you really need to get one. I highly recommend those model as well. Our executive desk's U-shaped form provides plenty of space to spread out your work. It's made of engineered wood that goes with practically any style or color choice. One side of this desk features a rectangular workspace with a modesty panel underneath. The other side has a three-drawer file cabinet for storing and organizing files, books, and other office materials.

Ordered 2 at once. One arrived from New Jersey (?) in perfect condition, but the second shipped from TX never arrived. Customer service has been perfectly helpful for all FIVE (?) calls. A replacement (from TX) was ordered and arrived not boxed with corner protectors/top and bottom cardboard pieces completely damaged and unusable. A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. Love the two working ones and recommend 100%... again, if not arriving from Texas! I'm sharing damaged photos of last one sent, but not of two we kept, b/c they fit description perfectly.. Christina.
