I wanted a "girly" ceiling fan and light for my MBR, and this is the one I chose. Yes, the metal color is a bit brassy-pinkish -- some would say borderline tacky/campy -- but I like it for "glamming up" my bedroom. The crystals are beautiful and the 40 or so large, weighy spheres took about 45 minutes for me to attach after the elecrician removed the older fan and installed this one. The long crystals came pre-installed, with a couple extras included in case of breakage. The fan uses a remote and has 6 speeds, moving a surprisingly impressive amount of air. The LED lights have several different colors and brightnesses. The fan runs quietly and has no balance issues thus far (it's only been a week). The clear blades fold away neatly on top of the light fixture when the fan isn't being used. IF you are looking for an understated "elegant" fan/light, this might be over the top. We just finished installing this beautiful light fixture. It is fabulous! I have searched everywhere for the perfect Chandelier for our dining room. I have finally found THE ONE, by Rosdorf Park, the Elizabella! The fixture itself is extremely well made. The gold color is perfect, not brassy, like so many. The installation was fairly simple, but the instructions left much to be desired. It was a joy unveiling the real, beautifully cut , crystal bulbs. They are the perfect size and weight, plus they, like the fixture, were very well packaged. No broken light bulbs, no damage, anywhere, period. One thing that truly impressed my husband, was it was is already, seamlessly, put together. No threading arms on to the hub, not trying to fit the wires into anything. Except of course to hardwire the piece. My husband is 78 years old, and he was able to install the fixture by himself. He left the light bulbs and crystal bulbs off until he had it hardwired. Having the tool necessary included, sure made it much easier to finish the job. Yes, this fixture is more expensive than most, with a similar design. However, after all the shopping and comparing of the different qualities, we both feel it was a great investment. I would definitely purchase this light fixture again, and we both highly recommend it! Update The dining room is finally finished! The Paree chandelier arrived with 3 broken crystals, but they provide a very generous number and I still have about 30 extras even after fully loading the chandelier. Once the electrician secured the fixture, it took me 5 hours to position all of the ‘branches’ and hang the crystals, so be prepared for this type of time commitment and standing on a ladder and/or craning your neck upward to place the crystals. However, the finished look is magnificent and looks exactly like the photographs. It is a perfect combination of organic (branches and drop crystals) and industrial (metal and crystal) to suit my contemporary space. I can’t even find the words to tell how gorgeous this chandelier is. There are I think 3 different ways it lights up but one looks all silvery and bright and than one is golden and warm. This chandelier took a plain hallway into something that people stop and ask about. If anyone is looking for something that is unique and sparkly this is the one to purchase. Found the perfect installation product! I was looking to make an old fixture smart automated and this SkyPlug canopy kit allowed me do just that. The company has a SkyHome app that controls my light and best part was how easy it was to install the plug and canopy onto my fixture. After installing the outlet and plugging in my Eurofase fixture I realized how dirty the glass was. The Skyplug allowed me the ease of unplugging and cleaning my glass fixture on the ground and then quickly plugging it back into the ceiling. Where has this amazing invention been? First, let me say that this fixture is stunning. I’ve gotten lots of compliments on the classiness of the light. HOWEVER - you have to install each crystal globe onto the light. There is 81 of them! And if you don’t thread and twist each pin that holds them EXACTLY the same each time, they hang cattywompus, and you have to go back and adjust them. The other noteworthy point is, this fixture is the heaviest I’ve ever had to hang. Heavier than a ceiling fan. So, take note.
