Love this as an accent to the main wall in my new shower. Tile guy said it was HARD to work with because it’s very thin. So the glue filled the grout lines. Not SO HORRIBLE if you choose glue colored grout. But I wanted black, so he had to go through each piece and make sure there was room for the grout. Not sure I’d buy again. The real Crema Marfil is quarried near Alicante, Spain, and is technically a limestone. However, it is widely labeled as a Marble because it can be polished to a high shine. It has a subtle beige veined background and is an excellent material if you are looking for a gentle warm neutral color palette. Please beware of less expensive options on the market quarried often from Turkey, Indonesia, Egypt, or China as they have less desirable yellow, pink or red hues.
