The power on the Fotile range hood is excellent. For most cooking, I stay on the first 2 out of 3 fan settings. For high smoke activities such as seasoning a wok or searing steak, the 3rd settings is more than enough to suck up all the fumes. The fan speeds are all pretty quiet. This Bosch is so quiet I have to check the little red floor light to make sure it's actually running. This dishwasher silently transforms my coffee cups from "I'll soak that later" to sparkling clean. The dishes come out spotless, it dries way better than I expected, and now I find myself loading it like it's some kind of relaxing evening hobby. Never thought I'd be this emotionally invested in an appliance, but Bosch has apparently turned me into someone who brags about their dishwasher. 10/10. We moved and left our other Bosch behind. The new house didn't have a Bosch, and I immediately hated my dishwasher. Everything was soaked after a load was done, and I knew I needed another Bosch. I absolutely love this dishwasher! It cleans exceptionally well, even when I don't pre-rinse, and everything comes out sparkling clean. It's also incredibly quiet. There have been times I've had to look for the little indicator light just to make sure it was actually running. The 800 Series has been reliable, efficient, and worth every penny. From delicate glassware to pots and pans, it handles everything beautifully. My love for my Bosch is truly around its drying capabilities.
