This hot tub is perfect for our outdoor patio. Even though it's 3 person, you could easily fit a 4th in there. The jets are strong, it was easy for my electrician husband to hard wire straight from our electrical panel. It even has blue tooth speakers built in, which I did not realize when I ordered it. The water heated up really fast - like 4-5 hours, but I am in the south, so our ground water wasn't too cold. The delivery was professional and they put it exactly where I requested. Note - it comes crated/wrapped on a pallet, so either have hand trucks, dollies or pallet jack to move it to where you want it. Update Wayfair owed upto the delay and refunded us partially for the extra money we had to pay to the installers due to last minute cancellation. Additionally, we heard back from Strong Spas senior management and they are sending a technician to evaluate the spa and fix anything that needs to be done. We were initially worried about whether manufacturer is reliable but so far, they have been communicating with us promptly. Increasing rating to 4 stars and will further update once it’s up and running and we can use it. Initial Review The bottom of the spa has punctured holes which have been created somewhere in the shipping process. Wayfair was kind to connect with the manufacturer but now waiting for a fix. Prior to this, delivery was delayed because the item was too heavy. Item was finally delivered but with a Punctured base that would cause a rodent or insect issue later. This thing is extremely deceptive... what I mean is. Its size does not match its weight. The thing is seriously light. Which lends itself to quality issues. The BT option works but will cycle on a loop of connecting if you leave the BT connection screen open. At least that was my experience. Now, the sound is low end PA (high treble) quality sound. The bass is minimal but there. The pre selected equalizer settings are basically useless. The thing is loud, and it is clear all the way into the upper end of the volume. Now I dont know if it is 3k watts of power as advertised. On the box RMS is 10watts. But this world seems confidant with fuzzy maths. Afterall 3000 is way bigger than 10. For the money. Worth it.. The door of the sauna can be opened from both the inside and outside. If you find the door of your sauna room opens inward, you can try to enter the sauna first then push the glass door outward to keep it open. We suggest opening the door outward so that the sealing strip on the door can fit closely when in use. 4. Since the sauna stone contains natural minerals, it may have a certain smell. We suggest using the sauna stones for the first and second time by opening the door and dry heat it. Wait until there is no smell before entering the sauna room to enjoy the sauna.
