I looked long and hard for a duct cover that would hide the off center ducting I had because of a new range installation. I need something large enough to span the ducting and create the illusion of being on center if the new 36” range. The cover is heavier gauge stainless steel, thinking it is at least 18 gauge. It will not dent easily and looks like a professional, quality range hood. I have to figure out how to attach it as it is made specifically for Zephyr brand range hoods and came with no additional mounting hardware. The rear gap-filling kit for sliding stoves is only suitable for sliding stoves without bulky rear baffles. Not suitable for freestanding stoves with bulky backsplashes, nor for granite countertops. Our stainless steel stove gap filler is suitable for a gap of 30 inches in length and 1 inch or 2.2 inches in width between the stove and the wall/cabinet. Two different widths are provided to allow you to fill the gaps more flexibly. According to your needs, choose a splash-proof stove gap cover that is 2-1/4 inches or 1 inch wide.
