Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). We are SO happy with this tub! The seating arrangement is perfect, with no “lounger” to limit options. Setup was a breeze for our electrician- he was very pleased with the accessibility of the electrical components. The jets are amazing, the cover fits nice and snug, and everything works exactly as we had hoped. The tub arrived in perfect condition, the shippers were pleasant, and it arrived right on schedule. Overall, it’s been an absolutely perfect experience, and my only regret is being unable to give it six stars. Update Almost 2 12 years in, we still love this tub! This hot tub is great! I have had it for a few month now and have not had a single issue. It was easy to get set up and ready to go. The jets are strong if you want them to be but adjustable if you don’t. Size is great. I love the cup holders and ice bucket. Cover is thick and does a great job. I was a little nervous about ordering online. I did a lot of shopping and researching before I ordered this one but now wish I had ordered it sooner. We spend a lot of time in it. Found the perfect installation product! I was looking to make an old fixture smart automated and this SkyPlug canopy kit allowed me do just that. Overall, I am very happy with this refrigerator. It arrived with a small dent on the back right side, which was disappointing, but it does not affect its performance. The only other issue I encountered was during assembly. When attaching the handles, the pre-drilled holes in one of the handles did not align with the refrigerator's mounting holes. I had to create an additional hole in the handle to secure it properly. Aside from those two issues, the refrigerator has been amazing. After allowing it to settle for the recommended amount of time before plugging it in, it powered on immediately and began cooling right away. My drinks and wines are now perfectly chilled, and it has been working great. One important piece of advice for future buyers: pay close attention to the listed dimensions. The measurements are very accurate. I had to trim a small portion of my countertop to make the refrigerator fit properly. Fortunately, I have someone coming to sand and repaint the area, but if your available space does not exactly match the refrigerator's dimensions, you may run into the same issue. I'm really enjoying this so far. I've got it working with SmartThings which means it's working (okay) with Google Home. All five of my RF fans work with this device. I would say signal is sent to those devices correctly 95% of the time. I have found that if I accidentally misclick, it is better if I count to 10 before making the correct choice. Is it perfect? No. But it is extremely helpful. These are things I was ready for, but some other buyers might not be ready for. This is an RF controlling device. While it makes some devices a little easier to use it does not make those devices "smart". If you have someone who likes to use the remotes a lot, the app will show incorrect settings for those devices that have changed with the remote. This does not bug me, but for someone who is not ready for that, make sure you understand what this device is first. I highly recommend Bond. This is an affordable way to use what you already have. Less devices in the landfill for replacements, and a pretty great way to control my devices from my phone. Nice hot tub. Takes a while to heat up and loses heat pretty quickly when you open the lid, but my kids love it. Unfortunately, we had to winterize it for the winter because my energy bill DOUBLED after we set it up. We live in Michigan so it uses a lot of energy during the colder climates. So if you're hot tub shopping just know that these plug and play ones seem really nice and cost effective, but they actually cost way more to run than a hard wired hot tub would.
