Came as advertised, had a small issue but the manufacturer was able to resolve. The couch is a bit firm but I'm sure over time it'll even out. We recently purchased a new gas range for our rental house that we own. I was surprised that it didn't come with a broiler pan, nor give that as an option to add to the purchase. I think you should either provide both OR JUST Self-cleaning. The latter is definitely preferred. Fine product and a very functional, yet clean design. The package was delayed in transit by FEDEX and I was certain there would be some damage due to all the excessive handling, but the packing was excellent. I have yet to be able to find any evidence that the shower head is ADJUSTABLE and suspect that the Website description is an error, thus 4 stars.
