I recently purchased the Deer Valley 2-piece toilet, and overall, I’m quite satisfied with my choice. The installation was pretty straightforward, although I have to say that the directions could have been clearer at times. I managed to figure it out without too much hassle, but I can see how it might confuse someone less handy. One feature that stands out is the water-saving flush. This is the most terrible experience I have had with wayfair. When the toilet arrived, we opened the top of the boxes to check it is not Broken. My plumber finally came to install it and it and found out that 4 inner components are missing. Plumber said this looked like a returned item that Wayfair sent to me.
