A thin layer of nonwoven sits atop the bat and the back and bat are stitched thru giving this piece the best features of a comforter and the appearance of a duvet. Upcycling these garments into usable and very functional pieces hugs our planet. We treasure that. Each package is sold as a three-piece set which includes the duvet comforter and two shams. The shams are open in the back for ease of fill. The duvet comforter fill is stitched in as it is launderable, so the fill never needs to be removed or replaced.
