I am giving the review a high rating because the shower system is very well made. Most folks would be very pleased with the product I cannot rate on its performance due to installing now. In fact the only thing that I can say negative about the Wayfair experience was the shipping and inventory! Inside the box is a large foam with cutouts for the pieces you assume it's all there but would be nice to have an inventory sheet, the reason is due to the way our product was delivered by FedEx. The parcel had definitely been open cause the label was completely torn and box ripped. The package in my opinion was not prepared correctly for making a trip from California to Maine by any means. I am sending along a photo of the box that arrived no tape, straps nothing but a torn label to gain access to the product inside. The shipping is a whole other issue but as far as the shower assembly you will be very pleased with looks as well as the metal parts in whatever finish you choose ours happened to be black!. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very happy to have this shower system. Our bathroom is on the second floor and the water pressure is usually weak. When my husband installed it, as the picture shows, the big rounded head had such a weak flow that it hardly can call a rainfall. Nice black and matte finish which elevated the bathroom look. Love the magnetic handset, and the little rubber thingies on it too. The rounded shower head has those rubber nozzles too. The shower hose is a bit shorter than what we had but that’s secondary. Love the SkyPlug outlet product and ease of installation. The light fixture itself is a high quality product and really impressed with the integrated SkyX plug. I installed this as a replacement to a ceiling light. The earlier installer did not do a great job as the ceiling outlet box extended an inch or so below the ceiling and the hole cut was too large. I replaced with an old work box and used a medallion to help give it a finished look. This would not have been necessary for ceiling boxes properly installed to begin with.
