The packaging said that I wouldn't have to send it back, and I spoke to a Wayfair representative who confirmed I didn't need to send it back for my refund. On Feb 21st I received an email telling me my refund was issued, but on March 14th, the refund still hasn't been issued. Since then, I have received another package with random parts and no instructions, they don't go to the desk.
