This mattress is more medium firm. I prefer firm but overall it’s very comfortable! There was an issue with the covering being a little loose on one side, but I did get that rectified with the manufacturer who was quick to respond and very helpful so I’m very appreciative and overall satisfied!. Very comfortable. Firm with just the right amount of plush-ness. I am a side sleeper so there was no pressure point soreness any where. You don’t feel any movement from anyone else when they get in or out of the bed. Mattress was in excellent condition, inflated to full capacity almost instantly but let it continue for a couple of days before sleeping on it. I got this bed because the description indicated it was firm. I was looking for a mattress due to a back injury and so far, this bed is perfect. Despite it being more firm, it is very comfortable.
