I replaced my 20 year old grill with this Napoleon 700 series grill. The technology on this grill has come a long way compared to my old grill. Cooks great, doesn’t flare up like my old grill. It has an insulated hood that keeps a consistent temperature. I used the rotisserie for the first time this weekend and it worked great. I couldn’t believe how quiet it was. With the back infrared burner it cooked very evenly. The lights on the grill work great for cooking at night and they look pretty cool too. This is the quietest range hood I have ever used with an unique design. The installation is straight forward for most with video tutorial online that's readily available. I went with a professional installation. This range hood is rated at 1100cfm and the unique design has worked very well. My home no longer smells even when I deep fry. I did two modifications for my installation. I went with a Zephyr 6"-8" duct increaser. The reason I did this is because the range hood is rated over 1000cfm. This might not be necessary but it's a choice I made for myself because of the rated CFM. My installation required a 4" spacer piece. I used 6" 10-32 fine thread screws to secure my upper cabinet to the range hood to make up the 4" spacer difference. This is not necessary according to Fotile but I went the extra mile for $13 more in screws, bolts, and washers. So far I am very satisfied with how quiet and powerful it is. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having cooked on this new cooktop for 6 weeks, I can happily report that I am enjoying it more than I did my Dacor (on which I experienced a scary igniter failure). Some of expressed concern about the arrangement of the burners and their BTU levels, but that is magic in my view. There is so much customization available that it takes a bit of time to readjust what to cook where -- but that's part of the fun in my opinion. The "stops" that exist between levels of flame, as well as the numbers assigned to each, make it easy to remember what number flame to use next time for that purpose. The only worry I have is scratches because the installer caused one near that simmer burner while setting the cap on and of course now that is there forever, sadly. I had to wait for this model to return to inventory, but the wait was worth it. Highly recommend this Bosch Benchmark model for its beauty, sure, but also for its performance and ease of use!. I searched forever for an affordable 6 burner gas stove top. Here it is. Upon first installation we had a few issues. 1st was the smell of gas. Had it checked and there was no leak it is the just the smell of the materials used to make it. It was very strong at first. Next issue was that the burners all were set at max power. We had to contact customer service to get a special tool to adjust the burner flames. So everything was burning even on its lowest setting which is another thing Im not crazy about. Im used to having a larger range of low, med-low, med, med-high, and high. This stove has low, med, high. Thats it. It looks impressive to guests. wayfair had fastest shipping.. Rebecca. The cooktop works great, but I wanted induction. When I searched products by using the filters, this electric one was in the list. My fault for not double checking before I bought. The electric cooktop works great and heats food very quickly, but the surface is extremely hot, which is dangerously close to where my grandchildren sit at the counter. You will love the multiple sizes you can choose for the size pot or pan. It boils water fairly quickly. I like that you have to long press the buttons to turn on the elements so children wouldn’t accidentally turn on an element.
