We love our tub! It's comfortable, the jets are great, and sturdy. I wanted to specifically note that we installed a bi-fold glass partition door with the tub. On one of the sites this tub is listed, someone said that was impossible but we pressed ahead suspecting it wasn't the case. And as you can see in the picture, we were correct. It looks great!. The jets aren't super strong, but they are enough to help muscles relax. My teenagers love using this after sports, and my husband and I enjoy it after work. Each of my family has said they think this was a good purchase. Having the heater helps a lot. It doesn't make the water "hot" but it keeps it at the temperature that it was originally or slightly warmer. Have a professional install to make sure it is set up correctly helps! I have been looking for a washlet for a long time and I am very glad I settled on this one. It has a ton of features and is the newest replacement version for the k300 I believe. Nice looking tub, but while inspecting prior to install notices that the holes were very rough with burrs that would catch the threads on a cloth, would definitely scratch you in the tub. Repair person was sent and it can be fixed. Unfortunately after install we found that light shines directly through the tub and the fiberglass is paper thin (noticed from a plumbing hatch in the closet behind the tub). The fiberglass repair guy says it will need to be removed and be reinforced to properly fix. The real question is what else will be wrong with this tub?! Exactly what I wanted. We have not started our bathroom remodel yet, but I could not pass this tub up. The sale price was extremely competitive and after doing some research on the company I was sold. The company is in Tennessee and make each tub to order. They were a great resource on a subject I knew little about. I have never had an indoor jetted tub. They answered all of my questions and also recommended modifications that I added to my order. The tub was delivered in about 4 weeks. We unboxed it and conducted a leak test according to company standards. It is perfect! The general contractor that I hired thought it was well built and great looking for a small, jetted tub. I hope to have years of enjoyment from the foot jets and back jets. Great solution for a small bathroom. We have a mid century modern home and the largest bathroom is small. We wanted a soaking tub with jets but worried about what could be done in the small alcove we had to work with. This tub is great. Wish it was a little taller to offer a deeper seat because we’re not small people, but it’s comfortable, jets are powerful (you can’t use bubble bath with these jets), and I can’t tell how much of a difference the bask heating feature makes but it stays warm enough for a reasonable bath.
