I love these more than i was expecting. The 23” is the undoubled length of the rope which is a stupid was to measure them. They do the job however as I have 3 50” panels stacked in this photo and am so pleased with the earhty neutral bibe they bring my lux linen curtains and are a decent value for the price. These curtain tie backs have a distressed look to them. They would go well in a rustic, farmhouse or beachy vibe room. I did not do the traditional installation. My husband doesn’t like wall anchors, so I made use of the door frame and installed them vertically. They still work well this way and I know they are secure.
