This stuff is pretty amazing. I had 3 tile with cracks and chips that were very obvious (sorry forgot to take a before photo). If you know where the repairs are, and get a few inches from the floor, you can see the fix. Even at what distance , it looks 10x better! The Philadelphia Travertine is a unique and highly valued natural marble that comes in a variety of colors ranging from beige to brown. It is naturally soft and flexible making it easy to work with even in the harshest environment; making it ideal for any home or office including hotels, restaurants, bars, and cafes.

Tiles require enhancing sealer to achieve the look in the picture, and some all-white tiles are included that don’t match at all. They also appear less “tumbled” at the edges than expected. This product imparts a greater gloss than Marmoleum has out of the box. I'd call it satin. We like the shine. Since it is a Forbo product it should be the most compatible treatment available. The instructions say it both cleans and shines though it makes sense to thoroughly sweep then clean the floor with mild detergent and water or the Forbo cleaner first.
