We are thrilled! After searching and searching, we found the perfect sauna. I wanted it to be wide and long enough to stretch my legs out and not feel claustrophobic. It also is plenty of room for my husband and I. Three people can technically fit in it. Also to find one that has a true outdoor roof on it was fantastic. Most are just flat roofs like you would find in an indoor sauna, which concerned me since ours is on our back deck with no roof. It came in a wooden crate and was easy to assemble. Two people and a third to hold things in place was really helpful. Took us about 3 hours. The directions say to stain the outside for outdoor use, but the outside already looks and feels treated. The cord to plug it in is kind of short. We had to get an extension cord and we had to get a 20 amp plug put in at our house. All of that is worth it. Built it over a gravel pad that I did myself. Only needed an electrician for the final hook ups. Please note on the BILT App and in the pictures the front and back vent are shown in the wrong place. The front vent should be below the heater and the back vent should be high and above the benches. This was an easy build that I did alone with only the usual amount of rework due to my own laziness in reading instructions. The sauna itself is an amazing deal and perfect as a single person sauna. Just purchased a lake front lot wanted a gazebo for entertaining. Looked at lots of options and settled on this one because it fit in with the nature of the lot and the cedar framing was such a nice feature. This gazebo came well packaged. The instructions were spot on and we had it done in 14 hours. It is very sturdy and well thought out. I suggest that you seal the wood before putting it together as others have said. We mounted this to a pre- existing concrete patio. The mounting bolts were a little small so we changed out the way we mounted it to the slab. This thing is not moving! I had one missing part and I called them on a Sunday and a holiday weekend at that and they answered. I gave them the serial number and the part number and the gal said it will arrive in 2-5 days.
