This gazebo came well packaged. The instructions were spot on and we had it done in 14 hours. It is very sturdy and well thought out. I suggest that you seal the wood before putting it together as others have said. We mounted this to a pre- existing concrete patio. The mounting bolts were a little small so we changed out the way we mounted it to the slab. This thing is not moving! I had one missing part and I called them on a Sunday and a holiday weekend at that and they answered. I gave them the serial number and the part number and the gal said it will arrive in 2-5 days. This is my first stick vacuum, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I would give the suction 3 stars and the features 5 stars. I love the charging stand, I'm glad it doesn't have to go on the wall. It's also light and gets into corners easily. This gazebo came out amazing. This is not something for a beginner to put together though. It came on a shipping palet with 5 very heavy boxes. It took my husband about a week to get it together. The unit was installed in our new home in January 2026. We like the layout of the inside of the unit, and the fact that there are 3 loading racks. The unit is quiet. We are a little disappointed with the stainless-steel outside panel as it is hard to remove streaks and fingerprints. Our Z-Line refrigerator, stove, and microwave don't have that problem..
