I bought this item from Best Plumbing in Somers, NY. It is extremely loud...anyone in the adjacent rooms will know that you're unrolling toilet paper. Perhaps it has something to do with the side that has the arm is not fitting flushly against the wall. I had to improvise and cut down a cabinet door bumper to size, and place it where the arm and other side of the holder meet. This whole line is beautiful and quality. One caveat...on the towel bars, the bar itself rolls around and placing the end pieces as close as possible on the wall, ie to 'squeeze' the bar, does not keep it from spinning around. We are planning to put some silicone or putty type material inside where bar end enters into the wall mount to keep it from spinning.
