These are great pans for the price, comparable to other more expensive ceramic pans I’ve had in the past. They work well with our induction top and food did not stick. Felt pads are useful for stacking and came with some silicon utensils which were handy! Overall, these are durable, and 5-ply, so heat distribution is great and they are built to last. The first time I used them, I got burn marks I couldnt get out. Im hoping time helps with that. The handles are attached with the buttons on the inside of the pans, which can carry different Temps and allow things to stick and require more detailed cleaning than if the buttons were concealed.
