The replacement item was damaged and I declined the delivery when FedEx attempted to delivered the item. The next day On July 27th, 2025 I found the same item was delivered in front of my doorstep. First time ordering from Wayfair and the 5th time ordering this toilet. Yup, ordered this tank & toilet 4 times from the Big 'Blue' with each and every time it being cracked or in pieces. Whoever they had shipping it never put any indication it was 'Fragile' on any of the boxes. I'm so grateful Wayfair had it in stock and shipped it appropriately.
