The quality of this item was excellent but unfortunately I didn’t get the unlaquered brass like I ordered which was a huge bummer after waiting since August. Despite it not being correct, the quality of the one I received was excellent. Sadly I just couldn’t wait any longer for a replacement after waiting 5 months to receive the wrong product. Installed chandelier which was fairly easy . My wife selected this model and the look is great. To install I did put a temporary hook on the ceiling to support it. Need to be careful not to damage the paint when shortening the chain. This chandelier is very sturdy and other than the lights not included the parts don't break.
