We have had our range for about 6 months. The cooking is great, everything you would expect, easy to adjust heat. Oven if wonderful as we bake lots of bread, fast preheat is a nice feature for dinner rush. The warming drawer has a spring loaded release that is incredibly annoying, it pops open all the time even if you brush against it with your foot. Additionally most of the time it takes more than one, commonly several, attempts to close and latch it. Sometimes if you open the oven door steam will activate the control panel. Unit is defective from manufacturer. Contractor installed and the hood will not raise up. I know electrical controls pretty well and after doing some troubleshooting the button to raise the hood gets no power from the board and the fuse is in good condition. Hope it gets fixed quickly.. This is a great looking cooktop! We are just not sure about the knobs. There is a stainless steel ring around the knobs that is bigger than the know itself so food or grease can get between It will be interesting to try to clean. The cast iron pot rests are beautiful and well made. The aesthetic of this piece is great. Not 100% sure about performance. We have a gas smell the plumber has been out twice and says it is coming from the knobs. Wayfair is working with Zine and there is a one year warranty so I am certain we can resolve this.. Betsy. CO. The recirculation kits performs multi-stage filtration and removes the odor from the gas and smoke that is sucked into the range hood, which removes harmful components and pollutants in the smoke, and effectively solves the problem of using range hoods in houses where the range hood cannot be exhausted. Do not try to clean the charcoal filter in the recirculation kit as it can not be cleaned, Please change the charcoal filter every 4-6 months (depending on hood usage)
