Very quiet compared to most brands I’ve had. I do think it could be a littler cooler on max but it will eventually cooldown the room and maintain good temp after. Very energy efficient and sleek looking. I installed through the wall with no issues. Only problem is that it was damaged during shipping but Wayfair made it right. This is probably the most impressive piece of gym equipment I’ve ever used. It has every workout any person could ever want and it’s fully modular. Sit ups, pull ups, bench press, rowing, band workouts, squat rack… and more I probably haven’t even figured out yet. It is extremely sturdy and can easily hold my entire weight without wobbling at all. The best part is that it doesn’t even take up that much space… could easily fit in a small workout room or garage gym. Super impressed with the quality.
