All in all decent product, directions are very vague - I did have to email the company to get clarification on bracket length and it not sitting tight in bracket. In other wards when brackets were installed the bar had space on each side (said it was acceptable) Brackets for adjusting the rollers slightly on cheap side and caused me to scratch the protective coating but will mever see water.. Good fan that looks amazing -- contemporary styling, nice blades, and very low-profile. Easy to install and the remote works with no problems. Moves plenty of air and cranks up high. Things that would make it perfect: (1) it's not loud, but not completely silent like our other DC fan, and (2) I wish its low speed setting was lower.
