The shed arrived packaged in two big bundles and was delivered down two dirt roads to gravel driveway. Great delivery service ! My carpenter neighbor put the building together on piers. However he reinforced the floor with additional two by fours. The building was a good value with the windows. This building is my she-shed for my Mtn getaways. I love to camp and becoming intolerant to inconsiderate, loud, and drunk neighbors in next site. We purchased primitive lot in NC foothillmtn years ago. Unable to afford a second house here, my she shed will be my camping getaway site. No close site neighbors. Plenty of storage space on the shelf inside as well. I have not painted the building yet as too hot in NC but will later. It will serve as my new camping site! My neighbor Keith also constructed a deck for the she shed as well. I was impressed with the quality of the materials and the instructions were pretty clear. I put mine on top of of a concrete pad. Also did a row of cinder blocks, which required a little customizing where the door fit in the wall. This is a great shed! As a 5’2 woman with a 5’8 hubs, it does feel a little short height wise but perfect for us. We did decide to run 1x4’s around the middle to give the walls some extra support. I don’t see it holding up long-term because of how thin the metal is and how strong the winds can be here, but for now it works. I need to complain first. The shed was supposed to be here april 12-15th instead it was on its way in February....that didn't work out so they postponed it until March 12th. Then there was a delivery issue, were they wanted me to pick it up (with a flat bed in ohio) OR rent a high-low to get it off there truck...!? Wait that's not what the add said!! Finally it came and got off the truck. The shed itself is easy to put together the trusses were a bit daunting and I would have to say the hardest part was figuring out the roof sheeting sizes. After that it was a snap, I even put in electrical and outside lighting in the soffit. I also used the box it came in to make a (FREE WORK BENCH) as well as rafters for extra storage...I used every bit of what they sent me and this is what I ended up with. The parts appear to be sturdy metal and it comes with a pretty extensive manual that shows you how it goes together. It comes in two separate boxes that are both quite heavy. I was looking for a 10x12 shed with the door on the wide side which was surprisingly hard to find but fortunately this fit the bill. And Wayfair had it for a very reasonable price, so win-win! For a foreign made product I was thoroughly impressed with the instructions & how clearly pieces were labeled- they were surprisingly good! Assembly was very forgiving; measurements/alignment didn't have to be perfect, there was some forgiveness built in. HOWEVER. Every. Single. Piece. of stamped sheet metal (every side panel, every roof panel, the end gables, doors, etc) had a protective plastic film on it. No big deal right? Those are held on with static electricity right? NOPE! It's really thin plastic with an obnoxious adhesive- so if you heat it up, the glue loosens but the plastic softens & tears wayyyy too easily. If you don't heat it, the adhesive is too strong and tears the plastic wayyyy too easily. So lose-lose. Like literally I would say 50% of the time I put into assembling this was excruciatingly peeling torn plastic pieces off and 50% was enjoyably screwing & bolting pieces together watching the shed actually come to life. We'll see how long this lasts, I've had it up for a whopping 5 days so far & can't speak to longevity just yet. But it looks good!. Jg. Virginia, USA. Thu Sep 04 2025

This outdoor storage shed is pretty complicated to build. It took me a couple of days to put together the floor and the walls, and I'm still not done because I realized a few parts are missing from the back wall, and the front wall part is about 3 inches shorter. So now I'm waiting for the missing parts and doing my best to make it work. My level of experience in assembling stuff is so-so, but I strongly recommend hiring people to build this because it's pretty complicated to build a shed like this that has over probably 100 parts that have to be meticulously assembled together.
