This is a great shelter. After around two and a half years in service, I have not had a single real concern. Initially I thought it may have been leaking but quickly realized it was evaporation from the ground rising within the structure when it was hot out. I added a tarp to the flooring and the issue went away. It does require proper equipment to get it installed. 14 feet is much higher than it seems. I did 80+% of the install alone with a safety cage on the forks of my tractor and a ladder in the cage to gain another 5 or so feet to be able to reach the peak. This is a great carport. The directions for the canvas part was a bit hard to decipher, but otherwise the directions were pretty good. Unwrapping plastic from each roof panel was a bit of a pain, but if you do it on a sunny day outside, the panels will get warm and the plastic will be easier to remove. We just had 3 or 4 of us at a time unwrapping them. I am optimistic that it will last a long time. I used 2x6x12 also across the rear door to make it far less likely for a breakin the front is visible to me. I added two tire racks on the back wall for my winter-summer tires. I also added LED lighting inside and a security camera. Snow just rolls off.......not even a slight concern. This unit is exactly what I have been looking for. I purchased this item twice before with other sellers during COVID but each time the order was cancelled after several months by the seller when they could not obtain the steel tubing for the sturcture.
