The garage is nice bang for buck and seems sturdy. The only ding in the rating is that a bunch of tiny holes popped up all over the "ceiling" of the cover over a the course of a few months- I don't know what's causing them, but if they continue the cover will be useless in a year or two. I also added LED lighting inside and a security camera. Snow just rolls off.......not even a slight concern. It arrived in a box that wasn't too heavy. It was neatly folded and included the tie-down hooks. The material is a type of plastic fabric—it looks like sturdy cloth on the outside and plastic on the inside. It appears to be more durable than other types of tarps; even so, the weather in my city is very changeable, so time will tell if it truly holds up better than other tarp materials. The four legs each have two small hooks at the bottom for securing them, which really impressed me. Overall, I do recommend it.
