I just finished building my cart. Many reviews mentioned how bad the assembly instructions are; they’re right! But… after realizing the importance of attaching the shorter side pieces to the shelves before the longer ones, the process was much easier. The little white “plug” pieces only work if the bottoms are tight, not even a bit spread apart. I had only one set of holes that did not line up properly so I plan to drill them out. The tools included are not fancy but they get the job done. The wheels do not have any locking mechanism. So 4 stars for the ridiculous instructions and I misaligned hole situation.. Bonnie. CT. I just put this together, but it appears to be a well-made product. It was fairly easy to assemble (I did it alone). There are extra holes drilled into the side beams so you can vary the shelving height. I chose to install them as shown in the photo. I wish that the little hooks they provide could be attached to the top shelf instead of right in the middle. I can't see myself using them since anything hanging from those hooks will be pretty close to the floor. I love the layout of the desk. It has legit room for 4 printers, the PEG board is useful, and it comes with an LED light. The only problem is that if your 3D Printer is running fast, you do see a noticeable wobble. It's not so bad you can't 3D Print, but I would recommend bracing it to a wall or buying crossbars to attach to the back of the frame to minimize wobble. If the manufacture would make a couple small changes, adding more cross bars on the back of the unit and make the frame a little heavier duty it truly would be the perfect 3D printing desk. These metal shelves are fantastic, they are strong and being metal they don't start to sag like plastic or wood shelves. They are super easy and fast to assemble and this shelf in particular has double markings at certain intervals to make it easy to place the clips for even shelves, usually you have to count lines to make sure you get the plastic brackets in the right place but the double lines made it so easy.
