This chair is actually very comfortable, and I can sit for much longer compared to my old one. The mesh wasn’t my favorite at first since I prefer softer fabric, but I got used to it and now it’s fine. The 6D armrests were a bit annoying in the beginning because they move a lot, but once I figured them out, they became easy to use. The massage uses small rolling balls, not a real massage chair but still a nice extra. The heating is mild but adds some comfort. Very tight tolerances, to install, but absolutely stunning. We have taken one star off because the water pressure on the bidet is not as strong as we are used to, but it still does the job. This chair sold by Wayfair received 4 out of 5 stars because of a few minor things. First, this chair is sold by other online retailers and clearly indicates that it has voice recognition and control.. The problem is that there is no setting on the remote to turn this feature off, so what will occur like other home A.I. devices it will hear what it believes to be the magic phrase and activate the chair when you were merely watching television. The reviews from the other site indicate that you can unplug the chair to resolve this issue while not in use. However, the power switch is a the back and very bottom of the chair which means that would be a royal pain. I have come up with my own solution that I am sharing because the features that come with the chair and price point are good value. There appear to be two microphones on the remote control one on the front and other on the back.. I used a piece of the soft material that normally comes with electronics to protect the screen and blue painter’s tape that doesn’t have a strong adhesive residue and cut a small circular piece for each microphone and taped over them with a small piece of the blue painter’s tape, thus muting the microphones’ ability to pick up random trigger words from the television and without damaging the remote control. The other solution is to get a smart plug or power strip that is compatible with Alexia or Apple HomeKit and plug your chair into the smart plug or power strip which would allow you to turn the chair on or off without having to move it to access the rear power button. I liked the fact that the chair came well packaged and did not need any major assembly just have to connect the white air hoses from chair to seat cushion for air system to operate correctly. Lastly, this chair will not replace your typical recliner as it relates to comfort and watching TV unless, as I did, you add a tall removable back/lumbar padded seat cushion and pillow because it is designed to be therapeutic and without the padding you will feel the massaging nodules along your back and bottom and soles of your feet if you are not actively receiving a massage. I hope this review was helpful so that anyone who has purchased or looking to purchase can be informed and have options.. BTW, Wayfair does have fast and timely shipping and delivery.. Vincent. I was so impressed with how carefully this was packaged. The instruction sheet was impressive too, written instructions and color pictures. The chair is so comfortable, a nice wide seat, high back and the lumber rest is nice. The material is soft and should be easy to keep clean. There are some scratches on the seat, may be made from glue or the manufacturing machine I havent been able to remove them as of yet but its ok. I love the recline on this gamer chair. I feel like I can sit in it for hours. The footrest will come in handy when I am playing on a big screen and pull the chair away from my desk and PC. Love, love, love the color highlights. The jets are strong if you want them to be but adjustable if you don’t. Size is great. I love the cup holders and ice bucket. Cover is thick and does a great job. I was a little nervous about ordering online. I did a lot of shopping and researching before I ordered this one but now wish I had ordered it sooner. We spend a lot of time in it.
