It’s a problem as the client wants these to be used flat as a window header attached to a 1” X 2” board for a tailored look. This is not my mistake and should not have to accept a loss. The solution should be ship out a panel with the oval medallion or accept my refund in full without penalty in shipment on the one panel. $11.44 for a refund is unacceptable as I paid in good faith $51 plus tax for 1 panel.
