Another review said the fabric was rough, but we found it to be very soft! We also liked that it has a higher back than some similar sofas. However because it is long and the frame doesn’t come apart, it didn’t fit in our basement that has a 32” door and a tight corner. It’s softer than I thought it’d be! I prefer an extremely soft mattress but I needed a shorter (10”) mattress for the bed frame I wanted and ultra plush is harder to find so I settled on this one and I’m quite pleased.
