The replacement item was damaged and I declined the delivery when FedEx attempted to delivered the item. The next day On July 27th, 2025 I found the same item was delivered in front of my doorstep. I have a not good experience with this particular purchase. I would like a refund and asked that WayFair have a section area to check off for broken item for the replacement. This is my first stick vacuum, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I would give the suction 3 stars and the features 5 stars. I love the charging stand, I'm glad it doesn't have to go on the wall. It's also light and gets into corners easily. The toilet is not exactly what i thought i was getting, it’s not as a white, and i thought the handle to flush was suppose to be white too, not silver, and don’t seem to come with all the parts to connect it to the wall, will have to buy additional parts, also i thought it was higher than it really is, and not sure if it’s elongated, looks round instead. now however, i had the toilet since November of 24, n my house where it was delivered , still in the boxes, i only opened it to see what it looks like, but then came the Eaton Canyon Fire on January 7th, 2025 that destroyed my home totally and burned the New brand toilet along with the “ Over the Toilet Storage” i bought both at the same time, i called Wayfair, and they would not replace it, i went ahead and paid it off because i did not want to ruin my credit.
