I am so excited for this mini split unit. Getting a new central air conditioner is just not in the cards right now. This is a very affordable price for the amount of ac and heat that you are getting. Things of note, we had to buy a specialty drill bit to be able to install the units properly. We live in a brick house and needed to be able to drill through the brick. The lines that connect from outside to inside need about a 2 inch diameter hole to pass through. We also decided to buy a rack so that we could hang the main condenser above the ground. We were not able to install this by ourselves and had to call for reinforcements via an HVAC guy. Once everything is finished being installed I will update with the finished product! UPDATE: like others have posted, you will need a special HVAC vacuum to start the unit. You will also need special wire and a 220 outlet to connect to. Beautiful floor tile. Got these to replace the ones I put down that broken when the heavy rains caused the cabin to sink on one side just enough to break these tiles. So I am keeping these for the shower I am putting in this year. I realized after I ordered them that I probably should go a different way with the rain. Got another foot this past week. I love Wayfair! I find what I need for the inside, outside and home improvement. These tiles took a while to get. They were delivered by a 2 man team. They came on a pallet and have a lot of support.
