We are in the process of remodeling our home. Today we are installing this product—and so far, it’s been super easy. There are 10 planks in a box and it was packaged incredibly well so as to avoid damage during shipping. The quality of the product is excellent. I love how easy it is to operate the tongue and groove system but there are a few pieces that have been tricky. It’s also a bit hard to match up the “knotholes” in the pattern. We use other Bissell products so we knew we could count on this to work and man did it deliver! Not only does it make cleaning insanely easy, but it does a fantastic job and it is the only solution we found that also get all the way up to the walls (it's also very gentle and doesn't hurt paint or finish). 5/5 isn't even good enough.
