This set has been a problem since I received it! Assembly is extremely time-consuming and the instructions are not clear. I had to step away several times and now that I finally had time to complete the assembly I am in need of three damaged hardware parts. I contacted Wayfair for replacement parts but because I am outside of the 30-day window I was told there is nothing that can be done!! Wayfair has horrible customer service and I want everyone to know about it! The parts I need cannot be purchased at a hardware store so now I have a 1,300 item that is completely useless! Very high quality set. The cushions are very well made. The chairs with the tickets were easy to assemble. The regular chairs did not require any assembly. The table was a bit more difficult and needed two people hold the legs in place to connect the stabilizers. The table is about 80 lbs and hard to move. One of the screw holes in the table was misthreaded which caused the screw to not go in all the way or as tight as the other three. These swivel patio chairs are very comfortable and sturdy. The cushions are thick and supportive, and the swivel function is smooth without feeling loose or unstable. They were easy to assemble and feel well made once put together. The design looks modern and elegant, and they fit perfectly on my patio. This is a very nice looking, sturdy set. Chairs are very comfortable. Assembly was moderate but was completely assembled within 1 12 hours. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the table and 1 chair had a few scuff marks when it arrived. Editing 6 years later: The set has held up really really well! We cover it from November to May (Long Island). This year when we uncovered it, we discovered that the rattan loops on 5 of the 6 chairs have broken and the tops are starting to "unweave". My guess is we may get this summer out of the chairs but will eventually have to be trashed. Customer service says this is normal wear due to use and exposure and falls outside their standard warranty. I will keep the 4 star review since we did get 6 very good years of use.
